Elizabeth Boykewich has been upped to vp, casting for ABC Family's original series and movies. Previously, Boykewich served as executive director, casting at the network. Since joining ABC Family in 2005, Boykewich has overseen casting for all of the channel's original fare, including the hit series Kyle XY and Greek, as well as the upcoming summer series The Secret Life of the American Teenager and The Middleman…AMC has named Joel Stillerman senior vp of original programming, production and digital content. Stillerman comes to AMC from Yolo Films, the independent production company he founded in 2003. At Yolo, Stillerman produced content for HBO Films, MTV and VH1. A veteran writer and producer, Stillerman has a number of major film credits under his belt, including the 2001 Ted Demme movie Blow and the 1998 John Dahl feature Rounders…Cartoon Network has named research veteran Stacy Isenhower senior vp of programming and scheduling. In her new role, Isenhower will oversee the day-to-day scheduling and strategic positioning of all on-air content for Cartoon Network and Boomerang, as well as on-air promotion for Adult Swim. The position had been vacant since December 2007, when programming chief Jennifer Davidson suddenly passed away at the age of 38. Isenhower, who joined Cartoon in 1997, previously served as vp of research...Starz Entertainment has appointed Neal Massey executive director of marketing, sales and corporate research. Massey previously served as president of MultiChannelStats, where he oversaw product development and marketing. Prior to that, Massey was vp of marketing information for Jones Intercable. Based in Starz’ Englewood, Colo., office, Massey reports to David Charmatz, senior vp of product planning and development...Lisa Hsia has been named to the newly created position of senior vp, new media and digital strategy, Bravo. Hsia was most recently senior vp, new media at the network... Donovan Batiste has been elevated to research director, Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel. In his new position, Batiste will track and analyze programming trends, ratings growth and audience composition among cable and broadcast television networks, while evaluating online user patterns. Batiste previously served as research manager of both networks. Prior to joining Hallmark Channel, Batiste was a senior analyst for CBS-Paramount Pictures...Craig Erwich, the former Fox executive, was named executive vp at Warner Horizon TV. Erwich will oversee day-to-day operations at the TV studio's lower budget unit for scripted cable shows and non-scripted programs both on cable and broadcast. Erwich will report to WBTV president Peter Roth. Among Warner Horizon's productions are The Bachelor for ABC, Pussycat Dolls Present for the CW, and State of Mind for Lifetime. Erwich resigned from Fox in July, after Kevin Reilly joined the network as entertainment president, and Peter Liguori was promoted to entertainment chairman…Bravo has elevated Jerry Leo to the newly created position of senior vp, program strategy and acquisitions…In his new role, Leo will oversee long-range planning across all platforms for the network and for acquisitions, while continuing to manage all program planning and scheduling. Leo previously served as vp, strategic program planning & scheduling, a post he had held since joining Bravo in 2005.

Rosenthal was most recently chairman and chief executive officer of Interpublic Media...Carter Brokaw has been named chief revenue officer at Meebo, a fast growing social media/instant messaging platform. Brokaw was most recently vp digital media at Warner Music Group...Salil Dalvi has been named senior vp, mobile platform development at NBC Universal. He had been with WSCV since 2002...Frances Manfredi was named executive vp, general sales manager, cable and non-theatrical sales for NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution. Before I get into the overnights rating results, let me focus on CBS' Survivor: Micronesia for a moment. Erik…are you crazy? Nuts? Cuckoo? Meshugenah? Could you believe he fell for that scheme to give the immunity necklace to Natalie? As James appropriately noted, this is now the dumbest move in the history of the Survivor franchise. All I can say at this point is…go Cirie!
