-By Katy Bachman

Cinema rep firm National Cinemedia expanded its preshow advertising network, signing multi-year agreements with Cobb Theatres, Galaxy Theatres and Storyteller Theatres Corp.

Under the terms of the multi-year deal, the three theater circuits will distribute NCM’s preshow program, First Look.

The three theater circuits together strengthen NCM’s network in eight states including Alabama Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming. Combined, the theaters reach 9.1 million attendees.

“The additions of these theater circuits furthers our strategic goal of building a national digital theater network that can compete more effectively with existing national media networks,” said Kurt Hall, president and CEO of NCM.
