Meredith title now has a total circ of 7.6 million, according to the ABC’s FAS-FAX covering the June-December 2009 period.  RD, which has deliberately cut its circulation in recent years to improve its profitability, has has at 7.1 million.

Zinio Preps Ad Net

As the attention publishers are paying to the app versions of their core titles grows,  Zinio, the digital publishing firm, on Feb. 22 plans to launch an ad network with an unnamed advertiser that will allow for multi-title sales across its publisher clients’ iPhone apps and desktop versions.

Positive Opening Week Results for ABC, CBS and Fox

CBS opened this second week in February on a winning overnight note care of its combination of How I Met Your Mother, Accidentally on Purpose, Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory and CSI: Miami.  But ABC and Fox had crowing rights of their own.
